Are Pots and pans made of Aluminum, anodized aluminum, or aluminum cookware coated with nonstick coatings such as Teflon Nanomaterials, Nanoparticles, and ceramic coatings safe to cook with? First you have to ask yourself, why would anyone coat a very durable material that does not rust, heats evenly, and cools quickly? In 1965, researchers discovered that injecting rabbits' brains with aluminum caused them to develop neurofibrillary tangles in their brains.
